How it works

From product photo
to Shopify Draft.

A deliberate six-step workflow keeps your product facts, visual review, and publication decision in your hands.

1

Upload a clear product photo

Start with one photo you own or have permission to use. Keep the complete product visible and avoid blur, glare, heavy filters, hands covering details, or accessories that may be mistaken for included items.

2

Check and complete product information

Review the identified category and enter confirmed facts. Vistolist should not invent materials, measurements, certifications, price, inventory, or health and safety claims.

3

Generate the image set and listing package

Create up to six product visuals in a product set, within your available image allowance, plus a title, description, SEO meta title, meta description, image alt text, and suggestions for tags and category. The exact shot mix depends on the product and source image.

4

Review and edit

Compare the generated imagery with the actual product. Check product geometry, color, components, text, finishes, and included accessories. Edit listing fields and correct any unsupported claim.

5

Confirm commerce details

Add or verify the selling price, stock, SKU, variants, and other required Shopify details. Incomplete or duplicate information may block the handoff until corrected.

6

Create a Draft or sync the connected product

Send a new product to Shopify as a Draft, or update the Shopify product already connected to that Vistolist record. Publication remains a separate decision in Shopify.

Better inputs

Prepare a source photo that gives AI a fair chance.

No source guarantees a perfect result, but a clean, truthful reference makes product review much easier.
